Our studio is located in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. We’re easy to find, and we offer a comfortable and private environment for all body modification services.

3. What are your operating hours?

We are open from Tuesday to Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and we close at 7:00 PM. However, we recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure availability.

4. Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we do accept walk-ins for piercings and consultations. However, for more complex procedures like tattoos, we encourage clients to make an appointment to ensure enough time is dedicated to the consultation and design process.

5. What types of piercings do you offer?

We offer a variety of piercings, including ear piercings (lobes, tragus, helix), facial piercings (nose, eyebrow, lip), oral piercings (tongue, smiley), body piercings (navel, nipple), and more intimate piercings such as genital piercings. All piercings are performed with the utmost care and hygiene.

Yes, your safety is our top priority. Our piercers are fully licensed and trained in sterile procedures. We use high-quality, hypoallergenic jewelry and single-use needles to ensure a safe and clean environment for every piercing.

7. How do I prepare for a piercing?

We recommend eating a light meal before your piercing to maintain your blood sugar levels and avoid feeling light-headed. Make sure to stay hydrated, and refrain from consuming alcohol or blood-thinning medications like aspirin beforehand.

8. How long does it take for a piercing to heal?

Healing times vary depending on the type of piercing. Ear lobes typically heal in 6-8 weeks, while cartilage piercings can take 3-6 months. More complex piercings, such as navel or genital piercings, may take 6-12 months. We provide detailed aftercare instructions to ensure optimal healing.

9. What should I do if I experience pain or irritation after a piercing?

Mild discomfort, redness, or swelling is normal in the first few days after getting a piercing. However, if you experience excessive pain, persistent redness, or signs of infection, we recommend visiting us for a check-up. Follow our aftercare guidelines closely to avoid complications.

Tattoos

10. Do you offer tattoo services?

Yes! We are in the process of expanding our services to include tattoo artists. We’ll offer a wide range of tattoo styles, including black and gray, color, realism, geometric, and custom designs. All our artists work in a licensed, sterile environment.

11. Can I bring my own tattoo design?

Absolutely. We encourage clients to bring in their own designs or ideas, and our artists will work with you to perfect the design before your tattoo session.

12. How should I care for my tattoo after the procedure? We provide detailed aftercare instructions for all our clients. This includes keeping the area clean, applying a healing ointment, avoiding direct sunlight, and refraining from picking at any scabs that form during the healing process. Tattoos typically take 2-4 weeks to fully heal.

13. How do you ensure the safety and hygiene of your tattoo services?

We use single-use needles, disposable gloves, and sterilized equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Our tattoo artists are certified in health and safety standards, and we adhere strictly to all regulations set by the Department of Health.

14. Do you sell aftercare products?

Yes, we offer a range of aftercare products, including Bactine, Cosco Soap (Green Soap), Barbicide, and soon H20 Ocean. These products are carefully selected to aid in the healing process of your new piercing or tattoo.

15. Can I use my own aftercare products?

We recommend using the products we suggest or sell, as they are specifically designed for body modifications and are proven to be safe and effective. Avoid using harsh chemicals, alcohol-based products, or products not intended for wound care.

Genital Piercings

16. Do you perform genital piercings?

Yes, we offer genital piercings for both men and women. These are performed in a highly sterile, private setting by licensed professionals. All clients must be 18 years or older and provide valid identification.

17. Are genital piercings safe?

As with all our piercings, we follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure a safe procedure. However, it’s important to follow aftercare instructions carefully to prevent infections and ensure proper healing.

18. Is there additional information or consent required for genital piercings?

Yes, for genital piercings, we require a signed consent form, which acknowledges that the procedure involves exposure of intimate body parts, with full client consent. We will also review aftercare instructions with you in detail to ensure you understand the healing process.

19. What kind of jewelry do you offer?

We offer a wide range of body jewelry, including high-quality options made from 14k, 18k, 24k gold, titanium, and sterling silver. We also have medical-grade and hypoallergenic jewelry for those with sensitive skin.

20. Can I purchase jewelry online?

We are currently in the process of launching our online store, where clients will be able to purchase body jewelry and other supplies. Stay tuned for updates on our website!

21. Do you sell supplies for tattoo artists and piercers?

Yes! We carry a range of professional supplies, including nitrile gloves, dental bibs, needles, tattoo machines, inks, and sterilization products. We also work with renowned suppliers like Intenze Ink, Cheyenne, KWADRON, and more.

Appointments and Consultations

22. How can I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment directly through our website or by calling our studio. For piercings, consultations, and other services, walk-ins are welcome, but for tattoos and more complex procedures, an appointment is recommended.

23. What happens during a consultation?

During a consultation, we discuss your desired piercing or tattoo, review placement options, and provide information on the procedure and aftercare. For tattoos, we also discuss design preferences and create a custom design if needed.

Safety and Regulations

24. Are your piercers and tattoo artists licensed?

Yes, all of our piercers and tattoo artists are fully licensed and comply with the regulations set by the Puerto Rico Department of Health. We ensure that all procedures are carried out safely, hygienically, and with the highest level of professionalism.

25. What if I’m under 18 and want a piercing?

For basic piercings, clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and a signed consent form is required. Genital and more advanced piercings are strictly for clients aged 18 and over, regardless of parental consent.

26. Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes! We offer a loyalty rewards program through our POS system, where clients can accumulate points for future discounts on piercings, tattoos, or jewelry purchases.

COVID-19 Precautions

27. What precautions are you taking for COVID-19?

We adhere to all health guidelines, including regular disinfection of surfaces, use of masks by staff and clients, and social distancing measures in the waiting area. We also limit the number of clients inside the studio at any given time to ensure everyone's safety.

Miscellaneous

28. Can I bring a friend or family member with me to my appointment?

Yes, you are welcome to bring one guest for support, but please note that due to space and safety protocols, we ask that only one person accompany you during your appointment.

29. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. We also offer gift cards and have plans to integrate other digital payment methods soon.
